Summary:
Cant add Arabic menu text - Alias must be all letters and numbers
Detailed Description:
this is the same issue from older releases and still same in the latest.
when adding new content, I am unable to get the menu text in Arabic. it keeps
giving me "Alias must be all letters and numbers"

now if added with english menu text, and then go edit page and add the Arabic,
it works..

whoever put these checks against menu text must forgotten that there are 200+
more languages on this globe, I would really like to know if anyone managed to
resolve this issue

the same issue happening with the URL, cant have it but English, 

Please help ..
