Summary:
add a warning message if you try adding a huge content into a CSS form
Detailed Description:
a user on the french forum was asking why his bootstrap css file wasn't totally
saved into CmsMadeSimple but was cutted in the middle without warning.

The reason was simple because the field into database is limited

type BLOB, TEXT (65 535 chars)

it should be more useful to display a message after saving, something like

"Oups ... too large ! (63K max)"

Fixed for CMSMS 2.0 (Use longtext).... though users still shouldn't be
copying/pasting long stuff in there, it's best if they use an external resource
(CDN) for that type of stuff.
