Summary:
Title text after quotation marks gets lost after editing an CGBlog entry
Detailed Description:
Let's say you create an CGBlog entry with a title like that:

Cast of the movie "King Kong"

This title will be displayed correctly in the article list and on the web site.
But if you open this article in order to edit its content, the title text field
only shows Cast of the movie. The quotation marks and all the text which follows
are lost. When you save the article the shortened title will be written into the
database.

Recently found this bug on my page too.... Using CGBlog version 1.9.8 and CMSMS
1.11.2.1. It became a problem because CGFeedback couldn't register comments when
there seemed to be no title in the blog post - since I made it automatically
become the title of comments too.
