Empty content in CMSPrinting module on init
Detailed Description:
Hi,

since upgrading to CMSMS 1.10.1 I have noticed that CMSPrinting module doesn't
display any content when the page is loaded for the first time.

Steps to reproduce: Clear browser cache, restart browser, naviagte to the
website, click on printing button -> no content is displayed. From checking the
supplied source I saw that it is just the content that is missing. Furthermore,
i am using the default print template. Once a menu item is selected this
behaviour disappears and the CMSPrinting module works as expected.
