[#7065] Sentences / terms containing special characters (like äöü) are not displayed correcly

Sentences / terms containing special characters (like äöü) are not displayed correcly
Detailed Description:
Instead of the correct character the sin � is displayed in the Backend. But not
everytime, even in the same term or sentence once a ä is correct an d the next ä
is a �!!
As this only concerns the backend it’s not that bad, but still..

Worse is the fact, that a term like gärtner will be displayed as G�r in the
frontend glossary-navigation if for ex. 3 letters are chosen to be displayed.

All settings are on UFT-8. Language is set to "de_DE", WYSIWYG-editor is of.

What’s wrong? What can I do?

Hi!

I found a file named: action.default.sonya.php in the root of the
Glossary-folder. I renamed the default to old and made Sonya’s to the default
file. Now it works! Thanks Sonya!

THIS FILE SHOULD BE STANDARD!!!!!
