Self Registration password issue.
Detailed Description:
Hi, 

I'm using CMS 1.9.2  "Tevairoa". 

My issue is that once I receive a verification email from the self-registration
module - asking me to login and submit code, etc - my password seems not to be
considered.  I remain on the 'please enter email, confirmation code, password'
page, regardless of what I enter.

If I hit submit the password simply dissapears and I remain on the page.  

Unlike previous problems I read on the forums - the user is not validated, or
pushed through to the FEU.  Their registration remains uncompleted.  I also
cannot change the password of the user within the CMS.

I only have the problem if I select "Require the user to confirm registration
via email" in the SelfRegistration preferences.

md5 issue is fixed.
