[#6580] Redirecting link to _blank fails

Redirecting link to _blank fails
Detailed Description:
In version 1,9.4.2 (and earlier versions) creating a redirecting link to an
external page AND setting that page to open in a new window using Options,
Target "_blank" works when the page is at the top level in the menu but fails if
that exact same page is set as a sub-page to some other parent.  The link works
but it opens in the same window instead of a new one.

Check if loadprops=0 is set in your menu. If so, then the options-tab parameters
of a page arent passed in the menu, and thus not working for pages ...
