Duplicate Form Aliases Allowed
Detailed Description:
When setting up a new form I was able to create a new form with a "contact"
alias. I didn't realize the default/sample "Contact Form" used the same alias
till I viewed both in the Form list.

I would assume having the same alias for two forms shouldn't be allowed.

Add UNIQUE constraint to the alias field.
