CMSMS 1.9.4, FEU 1.12.12

I am NOT using email address as username.

In the SelfReg Preferences tab, when the "Require users to enter their email
address twice:" is CHECKED, it properly requires the user to enter the email
address twice.  However, it also requires him to enter his USERNAME twice, which
is not (I think?) desired behavior.

When "Require users to enter their email address twice:" is UNCHECKED, the user
is required to enter his email address and username only once.

Would like to require only the email twice, not the username.

I can understand that this behavior is probably tied to the "email as username"
feature, where if you check "Require users to enter their email address twice:",
you are essentially saying "Require users to enter their username twice".
