Summary:
{content_image} brakes on upgrade to 1.9
Detailed Description:
After test upgrading a site to 1.9.1 from svn that makes use of {content_image
dire='something'} paths to images brake on the frontend, additional slash / is
added after folder path.
Chaning settings in "Global settings" for {content_image} or in template
directly doesn't help and returns incorrect path.
Selecting the images again from Dropdown makes it work again and saving the page
corrects this.
