Blank Orders page
Detailed Description:
I've just upgraded and now my orders page is blank where the form should be. I
also upgraded all the latest e-commerce suite modules. Working with CMSMS 1.8.1

Addition: NaN may have found the solution here:
http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/topic,46268.msg220834.html#msg220834
but there seems to be a straggling '\' being output from somewhere to the
invoice template.
