Detailed Description:
My problem is that when I create an article from FRONTEND, if there is a "!" in
the TITLE of the article, it prints &#33 ;

Same problem with "&" : they become &

"?" are ok.

Maybe this happens because the URL adresse accepts "?" but not "!" and maybe
you've worked on it ? Otherwise, I dont understand why "?" are good but not "!".

From the backend, this works normaly.
