1. Use the SelfReg front-end interface to register a new user, but do NOT
complete the registration (in other words, the user should still be in SelfReg,
not in FEU).

2. In the SelfReg admin interface, note the date/time the user was created.

3. In the SelfReg admin interface, edit some part of the user's account
information, and submit the changes.

4. Note the date/time that the user was created.  The date/time is updated to
the date/time of the account edits, instead of reflecting the true time/date
that the account was first created.
