Summary:
Address handling/mapping not working in 1.6.7
Detailed Description:
The new address handling feature in 1.6.4 (very cool!) has stopped working on
upgrade to 1.6.7, when used in "Use Customer Profile" mode.

I verified the fields are still mapped.
