Childpages who are inactive can't be deleted
Detailed Description:
Version 1.6.4 Core

When a childpage is set inactive you can't delete it from the page-list. I tried
it on different sites and servers.

Reproduce:

Make a childpage inactive.
When clicking on the trash-bin the line disappears from the list, but is coming
back a few seconds later...
Setting this childpage to active and deleting is possible again.

Parent pages and active childpages haven't got this problem.
