Global Settings -> Advanced Setup -> Basic Properties
Detailed Description:
In default install, no fields are selected. This is ok. But if you select one or
more fields and click "Submit", it's impossible to revert back to original state
(no fields selected).
Also if you use Control key to deselect all, the last element is always saved
and cannot be deselected.
