Sample templates are not utf-8 friendly
Detailed Description:
the sample templates are not utf-8 friendly because "|escape:htmlall" is used in
some places.

Try it for yourself and give a news a title with German umlauts for example (ä =
ä)

If modifier can not be fixed http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/bug/view/3929 then
templates should be fixed. CMSMS 1.6 uses utf8 in database.
