Emojis unsupported
Detailed Description:
On a fresh installation of CMSMS, when emojis are entered into Content Manager,
they display on the website as question marks.

Emojis are 4 byte characters. To support those, the database content-properties
table needs utf8mb4 support. N/A in CMSMS 2 (to now at least).

Furthermore, TinyMCE removes some characters for security reasons. Emoji's might
get caught in that, too.
