Admin Log-Download
Detailed Description:
if I have several pages (1 to 3 for example) of logs and I want to "Download"
these logs I only have the current page, either 1 or 2 or 3, which is saved as a
txt file, not all the pages 1 to 3 ;)

On-screen page-length limit wrongly applied to downloaded data.

Fixed at revision #12656: downloading now processes the filters but doesn't
process paging;
