Import users fails
Detailed Description:
When trying to import, the first screen is blank:
ERROR: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, null given at
/srv/ifm/www/assets/modules/CGExtensions/CGExtensions.module.php::1683

I suspect the pref to not be initialized. I'll do more tests,

When I use:
$this->SetPreference('importprefs', '');

Just before the $tmp = $this->CGGetPreference('importprefs'); line in
action.;admin_import_users.php, I now get the form.
I removed that line just after to make the "SetPreference" thing work again
