reordering validations fails on save
Detailed Description:
error message is "Invalid data passed to CGBetterForms\Form::orderValidations"

To recreate:
1. open or create a new form
2. add some validations and apply
3. drag to reorder one or more fields
4. hit save

Fixed in svn

Was related to the validation scanner,  so after upgrade you may have to re-do
the automatic validations (delete them and re-run the validation scanner).
