Detailed Description:
When accessing the MleCMS admin page, the display is broken. 
Here is the php log: 
"PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught TypeError: Argument 1 passed to
cge_array::hash_prepend() must be of the type array, boolean given, called in
/modules/MleCMS/function.admin_optionstab.php on line 51 and defined in
/modules/CGExtensions/lib/class.cge_array.php:387"

Could it be a MleCMS error?

by definition that is an error in the MleCms module not in CGExtensions
though CGExtensions is more type strict than it used to be.
