Summary:
Order emails contain no From address
Detailed Description:
I have been carrying out some work on the order emails that are generated - sent
to the store and to the customer.

I've noticed that the "From" does not contain an email address and causes some
email providers to reject the email as it expects a From address. I've looked
into the settings but can't see where the From address should be added.

Please could you take a look into this and advise? Thanks.

Orders uses the cms_mailer class from CMSMS.  It uses the mail settings within
'global settings'
