changing page alias breaks cmsms page link plugin
Detailed Description:
When a page alias is changed, the 'Create a link to a CMSMS content page' button
in MicroTiny no longer works. For me, in a clean browser (incognito) it just
shows "Loading..." with the below error in the console. In a "dirty" browser it
sometimes logs me out, other times just doesn't autocomplete.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Edit a content page (with wysiwyg on) and create a link to another page using
the cmsms link button and submit
2) Edit the page you linked to, change its alias, then submit
3) Go back to the original page and attempt to update the link, using the button
again
