"Finish job" stuck in Background Job Manager
Detailed Description:
After a Newsletter run is successfully completed, "Finish job" gets stuck in the
Background Job Manager.

PHP errors listed below.

Same problem for me.
Here an example : Tasks 9 and 10 are complete, but they are persistent a long
time in the admin log before being finally cleared.
