[#11747] user and admin email templates not possible to change

Summary:
user and admin email templates not possible to change
Detailed Description:
If I want to change the user or admin email template and hit send button, to
save the changes, the template field is comming empty.
All i can do is restore the standard factory template (with the button below the
field).

Both user and admin email template are doing this.

works fine here... may have been an issue in CGExtensions
