Wrong messages in form registration
Detailed Description:
If the user try the registration with a previously registered email, the correct
message appears (email already exists), when the form loads again, the captcha
is empty, if the user tries to fill the captcha again, without correcting the
field email, the message that appears is that the captcha is wrong and not the
email, this happens to the password as well. This is a specific test I'm doing,
but it can happen because we know how users are. LOL
