[#11655] FEU change settings (front-end) textarea not showing newline

Summary:
FEU change settings (front-end) textarea not showing newline
Detailed Description:
If an user has entered text in a FEU Change Settings textarea with line breaks
and return later to edit the change setting form, the content in the textarea is
now shown as one big text block without newlines.

In admin the textarea display the text as entered.

It's either fixed now or it is some other issue.  Just tested here, it works
fine for me.
