[#11601] Last version CGEcommerceBase does not work for SisowGateway module

Summary:
Last version CGEcommerceBase does not work for SisowGateway module
Detailed Description:
CGEcommerceBase fails in cmsms admin, after disabling the SisowGateway module
CGEcommerceBase works normal.
With SisowGateway module enable, when selecting the CGEcommerceBase tab in the
admin layout is gone and module is not in function anymore. I contacted the
developer from SisowGateway module (did a bug report) and explained the problem.
He said following:

WEird thing is, if you alter the ecommercemodule file:

modules/ECommerceBase/lib/interface.payment_gateway.php

and comment this line:

line 58     //public function GetName();

Then the module is working again. It looks like it's an issue with ecommercebase
because other payment gateway modules seem to stop working as well with the new
update? If so, could you report a bug with ecommerce base?

Payment gateways should implement the entire interface.    Some payment gateways
were broken when I released the new series of Ecommerce modules.   Paypal and
stripe are known to be working.

Others I have not had the time or opportunity to test/update yet.
