No hierarchy name in summary url and detail url
Detailed Description:
Hi,

actually i can't get the hierarchy name in the rewritten urls.
In preferences of the module:
- Use url rewrite for hierarchy view = yes.
- Use hierarchy path in detail view = yes.
All my urls are like : https://www.mysite.com/Products/199/2/product.html

(Rewrite mod is on)

Must i use the url slug for each product instead? Is it the best solution to
achieve 'good' urls?
