Summary:
ERROR: Incorrect string value with "jusqu'à"
Detailed Description:
Under WampServer 3.06 (64) when you write "juqu'à" in a content page you can't
Apply and when you Submit it retrurns:
ERROR: Incorrect string value: '\xC3' for column 'word' at row 1 

In fact changes are saved. If you put a space between " ' " and  "à". it works.

Other french forum members report the same error with Tinymce and under
WampDevelopper Pro.

Just tested in two installations (linux).   Works fine here.
So it must be something wrt windows that is the issue.

I do not run windows, so therefore I do not have the ability to diagnose this
issue.
somebody else will have to do it.

For some tables when they are created in database the collation is not
specified. On Windows and Wampserver this causes problems
With CMSMS 2.2.5 if you change collation for the table "
cms_module_search_items_seq" and the "id" column it works.
No doubt should you consider this point for the core and all third-party
modules...

Thanks to another user that actually spent some time to diagnose the issue it is
fixed in svn.
