Summary:
Invalid path in global settings causes fatal error in FilePicker
Detailed Description:
In the admin go to Site Admin -> Settings Global Settings -> Content Editing
Settings and set the value for 'Path for the {page_image} tag:' to a
non-existent directory.
Then open a content page for editing and try and change the page image under the
'Options' tab. The filepicker modal window appears but dies with a fatal erro:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'LogicException' with message 'Invalid topdir
passed to FilePicker\PathAssistant ... FilePicker/lib/class.PathAssistant.php
