Summary:
If there's an error during user creation, the "copy settings" are not restored
Detailed Description:
If I create a user name with an accent, like "Chloé", such a username contains
invalid characters.
When I submit, all the settings I've set are filled in the form, except the
"copy settings" select field. This can cause errors when submitting again
without changing that field value.
