Summary:
ResponsiveFileManager new Folder permissions error
Detailed Description:
New folders are being created with permissions 0766. This causes images to be
not accessible when they are added to a page (using either TinyMCE or
MicroTiny).

I found a similar report to this on responsivefilemanager.com/support.php from
early May16.

Updated RFM utils.php 0766 permissions to 0755. Works a treat.

Yes this bug is confirmed by the RFM developer. For the moment, change the
utils.php file to use 755 instead of 766 and I'll publish a fix asap

For me the picture thumbs in responsive filemanager v. 9.11.3. using in Tiny MCE
3.2-beta3 and using "Insert file" comand in Tiny MCE toolbar give an empty
folder icon - even if the utils.php has permission 0755. Only minimal size
pictures are shown: 1 Kb thumb, 5 KB png. All pics > 10 Kb are empty. If however
i select in content manager - options tab - field image - buttom "choose" : all
pictures are shown without problems.
