Summary:
ModuleManager does not update CMS Nav and its "Installed" tab
Detailed Description:
Installed a few modules from Module Manager, I got the green boxes that the mods
were succesfully installed, but when you look at the CMS Nav, the modules are
not there and if you go to the "Installed" tab in Module Manager, the recently
installed modules, show "Install" and "Remove" links.

If you clear the cache of the site, without clicking on the "Install" links in
the "Installed" tab, the modules appear fully installed, see here:
