File Manager error when User Preferences > Language is set to: 'No Default Selected'
Detailed Description:
$default_language is not set in
/TinyMCE/responsive_filemanager/filemanager/include/utils.php

If a CMS user, User Preferences > Language is set to: 'No Default Selected' it
causes the following errors, when File Manager is used.

include(/home/abc/public_html/xyz/modules/TinyMCE/responsive_filemanager/filemanager/lang/.php):
failed to open stream: No such file or directory in
/home/abc/public_html/xyz/modules/TinyMCE/responsive_filemanager/filemanager/include/utils.php
on line 70
