Internal link don't work with Alias accent
Detailed Description:
The internal link don't work if contain accents in the alias. The link is
present in the editor but don't work in site we see the link but it is empty

This is a problem in TinyMCE - links are correctly given by the CMS, but TinyMCE
does always convert accents like é à â to HTML entities.

Made some tests but for the moment didn't find a solution - I'll try to find a
way to solve this, but for the moment don't use accents in alias ;)

On 3.1.2 and CMSMS 2.1.2 the internal link does not work at all, not a question
of accent in the alias.
