Summary:
When creating a page and the title has specific characters, CMSMS stops responding
Detailed Description:
If I create a new page and set the title like "yö", CMSMS returns a blank page.
If I manually type alias "yo", I can use scandinavian characters (öäå) in the
title. So there is something wrong with the script that creates the page alias.

What Admin language do you use? Finnish?
I think I reproduced it then...

Ohw might be fixed in 2.1.2, because it does work there...

It seems it occurs only on MAMP and WAMP installations. 

Here is the php_error: [05-Feb-2016 21:30:25 Europe/Paris] PHP Fatal error:

It was ok on 2.1, not ok on 2.1.1 nor 2.1.2.

was a minor problem on MAMP and WAMP systems that would cause an infinite loop. 
Worked fine on unix based systems.
