[#10733] restore default templates doesn't apply

restore default templates doesn't apply
Detailed Description:
Tested on CMSMS v1.12.1 and 2.0.1.1, with one fresh FEU install, and one upgrade
from 1.28.3

In the admin, templates for FEU.

When clicking on the buttons to validate or to return to default for 3 templates
(login, logout, change settings), the result is a blank content zone (the rest
of the admin is ok) with no indication at all.

I checked the logs: nothing.

As the upgrade to 1.30 needs to load new versions of templates, it's a blocking
point.

EDIT : To be more precise, the problem might be coming from one of (if not the
latest) the latest versions of CGExtensions.

was a one line issue with CGExtensions, will release a new version soon.
