cge_module_hint for news module
Detailed Description:
Hi,

perhap's not a bug but i can't get it work with the news module (i use
mod_rewrite and i need to specify a detailtemplate)

ie. : {cge_module_hint module='News' detailtemplate='news'}

{cge_module_hint} only works with CGExtensions derived modules, which News is
not.
in 2.0 {cms_module_hint} will work for all modules.

Inappropriate note in the help module

Note: Any parameters that are specified on the URL will override matching module
hints. i.e: When using News and a detailtemplate parameter is specified on a
News detail url, any detailtemplate hints will have no effect.
