Upgrade from 1.4 to 1.4.1 breaks
Detailed Description:
Sorry to say Ive upgraded and cant see any instances within the admin. I've
cleared CMS cache and browser as well as tried uploading the latest xml file to
upgrade still nothing in admin but OK front end. Any advise would be
appreciated... Thanks
