1.11.11 Global Content Blocks FAIL COMPLETELY
Detailed Description:
Upgraded two sites from 1.11.10 to CMSMS 1.11.11

Both sites use global_content_blocks (html_blobs).

After the upgrade, both sites look and function normally. However, within an
as-yet undetermined period of time, thes site start generating the following
errors:

The main pages fail to find the global content blocks and insert this error
(with relevant block name) in each place a global content block is called:

<!-- Html blob 'block_name' does not exist  -->

(substitute the name of the actual block for "block_name")

Have double checked both sites have the global content blocks in the data base,
and they are editable from the Global Content Blocks section.

insufficient information to reproduce bugs.    I use GCB's all the time.

I have looked at the logs and confirmed that it is not generating a php error. 
So the error must be in either the MYSQL query or the code for htmlblobs.

Re-running the 1.11.11 install script fixes the problem on both the sites. 
However, within a few days, the problem recurs.
