Many states mine included have multiple sales tax rates based on the county,
city, or zip code.  I live in NY State and sales tax rates are based on the
sales tax rate in the city or county which the order originated in.  I only need
to collect sales tax from people who live in NY State. Can you make it possible
to have a second field which lets the customer select the city or county they
live in and applies the appropriate sales tax if they are from a specific state?
