CGShipping module?
Detailed Description:
What's missing and needed is ONE versatile shipping module, with options to have
shipping based on:
1. total price
2. flat rate
3. destinations (and the ability to create custom areas).

This would make a  BIG difference !
Hope one day it becomes real ;-)

this would have to be sponsored.... probably take 30 to 40 hours or more of
development and testing.
