Detailed Description:
A counterpart to {cms_selflink} that allows for multi language. I'm going to
post a diff file including my solution tomorrow.

Mle assign - (example: {mle_selflink href="home"})
Params
- href (required) - alias of page
- assign (optional) - Assign the results to the named smarty variable
