mass action: assign category
Detailed Description:
When importing, you still need to create the categories yourself.
a function to assign a category to multiple items would be interesting in this
case.

(in the same style as multi item toggle approve/ multi item delete)

Good idea.

It's just a bit hard to execute cause i would need some sort of floating box to
tell items to what category they should land.

Atm whole Javascript API is still on going process.

And if you were wondering if i have plans making importer for categories, nope i
don't.

If the JS API isn't suitable, perhaps adding a new pageview specifically for
this purpose could work? For example, click a button "Change category
assignments" to be taken to a page which lists all items (no pagination), each
with a checkbox. At the top of the page, select the category you want to assign
them to. Click Submit to save.
