Detailed Description:
When logging in with say, Google the user is greeted with this message
"Your provided identity is
https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id?id=Blwssdsdf3r34327jkgweafaw3ZSteRsdsvghjrtyj68tk
but is not registered with any user."
Instead of a indecipherable url, their account name is pulled and an option to
register their account with the system or automatically import it into the CMSMS
FEU system. So it just reads
"Welcome USERNAME to this CMSMS Website"
