Auto update when new templates
Detailed Description:
Hi,

It would be nice to have an option to automatically externalize new templates
created in modules, when the dev mode is on.

For instance, when you have TE enabled, and you add a new template in the admin
for the News module, TE should add this new template in the externalizer
directory

You can use the AddTemplatePre or AddTemplatePost events to do that :)

I can help with testing if needed

It is a good idea! I often want to implement it. I will work on this feature in
the coming weeks (depending on my schedule).
