Add a start hierarchy option in action=hierarchy
Detailed Description:
Hi,
i'm trying to display a special hierarchy level with {products
action='hierarchy' hierarchy='mySecondHierarchy*'}. I need to display the
sub-elements of the level i need (>mySecondHierarchy). Actually it doesn't work,
perhaps it would be a good idea to add this function in newest versions of the
module...

You can now specify {Products action=hierarchy parent=###}  where the number is
the id of the hierarchy.
Numbers are better because of the possibility to have different child levels
with the same textual name.
