Detailed Description:
There should be a possiblity to be put on the waiting list. For instance: if the
capacity is 4, then all extra subscriptions are put on a waiting list. Number 5
will be put on the waiting list. If someone dropps out, then number 5 becomes
number 4 and is then on the actual list. MyEvents should indicate if you are
registered on the actual or on the waiting list. An extra variable can indicate
how many people can be on the waiting list..
